全車両クランクシャフトを点検し、 （１）亀裂があった場合は、クランクシャフトを新品に交換すると共に、シャーピンを対策品に交換する。 （２）亀裂がない場合は、シャーピンを対策品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
