What the ministry says is wrong
ショベル・ローダの静油圧式無段変速機（以下、「ＨＳＴ」という。）において、油圧ポンプのオイルシールの構造が不適切なため、始動直後ポンプ内圧が高くなり当該シールが変形することがある。そのため、シールが摩耗することでシール性が損なわれ、オイルがフライホイールハウジングに漏れ出し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、漏れ出したオイルがフライホイールハウジング内でオイルの温度が高くなり、最悪の場合、フライホイールダンパが溶損し、走行不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
