What the notice says ショベル・ローダのセルモータにおいて、電気配線の配索指示が不適切なため、原動機の振動等が当該配線を伝わり、セルモータマグネット部の樹脂カバーがひずみ、変形することがある。そのため、当該樹脂カバーに亀裂や隙間が生じ、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、損傷部等から水が滲入して、内部に錆を発生させ、最悪の場合、エンジンが始動できなくなるおそれがある。
