What the notice says 高所作業車の作業装置用バッテリユニットにおいて、車両用バッテリ充電用制御回路の設計が不適切なため、車両用バッテリへ充電を止めた直後に電気ノイズが生じることがある。そのため、当該回路内のｉｃ（集積回路）が破損し、車両用バッテリへ充電することが出来なくなり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、作業後にエンジンを始動することが出来ないおそれがある。
