What the notice says 刈取脱穀作業車の原動機において、エンジン制御ユニットのプログラムが不適切なため、エンジンの出力回転数が高い状態で出力トルクが低い場合、排気ガス中に含まれる未燃燃料の濃度が高くなり、当該燃料がｅｇｒクーラに廻り込み、カーボンデポジットが生成されて吸気バルブおよびｅｇｒバルブに付着することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で長時間駐車されるとカーボンデポジットの粘度が増加し、エンジン始動した際などに、吸気バルブが摺動不良となり、プッシュロッドがロッカアームから外れ、シリンダ内の燃焼が不良となり未燃燃料がｄｏｃへ流れ込み異常燃焼するとともに、ｅｇｒバルブの摺動も不良となり、エンジンの出力が制限されるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

刈取脱穀作業車の原動機において、エンジン制御ユニットのプログラムが不適切なため、エンジンの出力回転数が高い状態で出力トルクが低い場合、排気ガス中に含まれる未燃燃料の濃度が高くなり、当該燃料がＥＧＲクーラに廻り込み、カーボンデポジットが生成されて吸気バルブおよびＥＧＲバルブに付着することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で長時間駐車されるとカーボンデポジットの粘度が増加し、エンジン始動した際などに、吸気バルブが摺動不良となり、プッシュロッドがロッカアームから外れ、シリンダ内の燃焼が不良となり未燃燃料がＤＯＣへ流れ込み異常燃焼するとともに、ＥＧＲバルブの摺動も不良となり、エンジンの出力が制限されるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、エンジン制御ユニットのプログラムを対策したものに書き換える。なお、ＥＧＲ回路、吸気回路を点検し、部品が損傷しているものは、新品に交換する。
