What the notice says 大型トラックの冷却装置において、ラジエータロアホースの組付け方法が不適切なため、当該ホースとエンジンアンダーカバーの隙間が狭いものがある。そのため、当該ホースが膨張した場合、エンジンアイドリング時においてエンジンアンダーカバーが振動することにより双方が干渉して、当該ホースが損傷することがある。そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ホースに亀裂が生じ冷却水が漏れ、そのため、最悪の場合、オーバーヒートに至るおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

大型トラックの冷却装置において、ラジエータロアホースの組付け方法が不適切なため、当該ホースとエンジンアンダーカバーの隙間が狭いものがある。そのため、当該ホースが膨張した場合、エンジンアイドリング時においてエンジンアンダーカバーが振動することにより双方が干渉して、当該ホースが損傷することがある。そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ホースに亀裂が生じ冷却水が漏れ、そのため、最悪の場合、オーバーヒートに至るおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、ラジエータロアホースの組付け状態を確認・修正し、エンジンアンダーカバーを対策品と交換する。なお、ラジエータロアホースに損傷があるものは新品と交換する。
