What the notice says 原動機において、オイルクーラアウトレットパイプ樹脂ホース部の遮熱対策が不適切なため、１速ギヤの高回転域で先行の大型車等との車間距離が短い追従走行を行うと、排気管の輻射熱で当該ホースの表面部が溶融することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ホースに亀裂が発生し、エンジンオイルが漏れ、漏れたオイルが排気管に付着して発煙し、最悪の場合、オイルが後輪タイヤに付着して転倒するおそれがある。

原動機において、オイルクーラアウトレットパイプ樹脂ホース部の遮熱対策が不適切なため、１速ギヤの高回転域で先行の大型車等との車間距離が短い追従走行を行うと、排気管の輻射熱で当該ホースの表面部が溶融することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ホースに亀裂が発生し、エンジンオイルが漏れ、漏れたオイルが排気管に付着して発煙し、最悪の場合、オイルが後輪タイヤに付着して転倒するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、遮熱版を追加するとともに、オイルクーラアウトレットパイプを新品に交換する。なお、改善措置用部品の供給に時間を要することから、使用者に当該不具合の内容を周知するとともに、１速ギヤでの走行に関する注意事項を案内し、準備ができ次第、交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
