What the notice says 予防安全機能（スマートアシスト）用カメラにおいて、ウインドシールドガラスへのカメラ固定用ブラケットの接着工程管理が不適切なため、接着力が弱いものがある。そのため、使用過程で当該ブラケットが剥がれ、最悪の場合、走行中に落下して前方視界を妨げるため、運転者席の基準を満足しないおそれがある。また、落下したブラケットの端部形状が乗車装置の基準を満足しないおそれがある。
