What the notice says バックカメラにおいて、電気配線の固定が不適切なため、リアゲートを閉めた時や走行中の車体振動などで振れ、バックカメラと電気配線間の接続端子が摺動することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、接続端子の表面被膜が摩耗して剥がれ、腐食することで電気抵抗が増加し、最悪の場合、バックカメラの映像が乱れ、車両後方が確認しにくくなるおそれがある。

バックカメラにおいて、電気配線の固定が不適切なため、リアゲートを閉めた時や走行中の車体振動などで振れ、バックカメラと電気配線間の接続端子が摺動することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、接続端子の表面被膜が摩耗して剥がれ、腐食することで電気抵抗が増加し、最悪の場合、バックカメラの映像が乱れ、車両後方が確認しにくくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、バックカメラを点検し、映像に乱れが認められた場合はバックカメラ一式を新品と交換し、電気配線をシール材で固定する。映像に乱れが認められない場合は電気配線をシール材で固定する。なお、シール材及びバックカメラ一式の準備に時間を要することから、準備ができた段階で開始する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
