What the notice says ショベル・ローダの静油圧変速機において、前後進ソレノイドへの雨水等の浸入に対する検討が不十分で、ソレノイドリード線の取出し向きの指示が無いため、リード線が上向きに取り付けられているものがある。そのためそのまま使用を続けると、取り出し口に付着した雨水等がソレノイド内部に浸入し発錆することで、最悪の場合、リード線が断線して走行不能になる。

ショベル・ローダの静油圧変速機において、前後進ソレノイドへの雨水等の浸入に対する検討が不十分で、ソレノイドリード線の取出し向きの指示が無いため、リード線が上向きに取り付けられているものがある。そのためそのまま使用を続けると、取り出し口に付着した雨水等がソレノイド内部に浸入し発錆することで、最悪の場合、リード線が断線して走行不能になる。

What is to be done about it

全車両、 ①　前後進ソレノイドを新品に交換する。 ②　一部のソレノイドリード線の取り回しを変更する。
