What the notice says バッテリ式フォーク・リフトのヒータ搭載車において、ヒータ電源ハーネスのコネクタを挿入する作業が不適切なため、端子の向きが反転した状態で挿入されているものがある。そのため、端子同士が正しく接触せず、接触部の電気抵抗が大きくなり、そのままヒータを使用し続けると、端子が発熱しコネクタが焼損するおそれがある。

バッテリ式フォーク・リフトのヒータ搭載車において、ヒータ電源ハーネスのコネクタを挿入する作業が不適切なため、端子の向きが反転した状態で挿入されているものがある。そのため、端子同士が正しく接触せず、接触部の電気抵抗が大きくなり、そのままヒータを使用し続けると、端子が発熱しコネクタが焼損するおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、ヒータ電源のコネクタ端子の向きを確認し、端子の向きが正しくない場合は、電源ハーネスおよびヒータを交換する。
