What the notice says 左ハンドル車のエンジンルーム内にある４８ｖのアース配線において、製造時の組み付けが不適切なため、ナットが適切なトルクで締め付けられていないものがある。そのため、走行中の振動等により導通不良が発生し、警告灯が点灯すると共に増加した電気接触抵抗により発熱して、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。

左ハンドル車のエンジンルーム内にある４８Ｖのアース配線において、製造時の組み付けが不適切なため、ナットが適切なトルクで締め付けられていないものがある。そのため、走行中の振動等により導通不良が発生し、警告灯が点灯すると共に増加した電気接触抵抗により発熱して、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、ナットの締め付けトルクを点検する。緩みや溶損がある場合は、損傷部分を新品に交換して適切な締め付けトルクで固定する。
