What the notice says トランスミッションの左右旋回クラッチを制御する旋回装置において、以下の（１）及び（２）の内容により、旋回しようと操向レバーを操作しても、車両が直進する恐れがある。 （１）ソレノイドバルブの内部形状が不適切であるため、油圧作動油に混入した金属片等がソレノイドバルブ内部に入り込んだ場合、噛み込みが発生しソレノイドバルブが固着する。 （２）ソレノイドバルブの内部構造が不適切であるため、ソレノイドバルブ内に入り込んだ油がソレノイドバルブ内部から抜けずに密閉状態となり、バルブ内で圧力を保持してしまい、その状態でバルブが作動することで油の温度が上昇し、油の熱膨張によりソレノイドバルブが作動不良になる。

トランスミッションの左右旋回クラッチを制御する旋回装置において、以下の（１）及び（２）の内容により、旋回しようと操向レバーを操作しても、車両が直進する恐れがある。 （１）ソレノイドバルブの内部形状が不適切であるため、油圧作動油に混入した金属片等がソレノイドバルブ内部に入り込んだ場合、噛み込みが発生しソレノイドバルブが固着する。 （２）ソレノイドバルブの内部構造が不適切であるため、ソレノイドバルブ内に入り込んだ油がソレノイドバルブ内部から抜けずに密閉状態となり、バルブ内で圧力を保持してしまい、その状態でバルブが作動することで油の温度が上昇し、油の熱膨張によりソレノイドバルブが作動不良になる。

What is to be done about it

全車両、対策したソレノイドバルブに交換する。 また、併せてトランスミッションオイルを新品に交換する。
