What the notice says 原動機において、ドライブギヤをクランクシャフトに固定するボルトの耐久性が不足しているため、急加速時に当該ボルトのねじ部に過大な応力が集中し、亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ボルトが折損し、クランクシャフトの回転を検知しているパルスロータが外れて、点火及び燃料噴射を適正に行えずにエンストして、最悪の場合、ボルトの破片が?み込み、エンジンがロックするおそれがある。

原動機において、ドライブギヤをクランクシャフトに固定するボルトの耐久性が不足しているため、急加速時に当該ボルトのねじ部に過大な応力が集中し、亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ボルトが折損し、クランクシャフトの回転を検知しているパルスロータが外れて、点火及び燃料噴射を適正に行えずにエンストして、最悪の場合、ボルトの破片が?み込み、エンジンがロックするおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、ドライブギヤ固定ボルトを対策品に交換する。 なお、部品の準備に時間を要することから、不具合内容を周知し、準備でき次第、改めて連絡する。
