What the notice says 　大・中型観光バスにおいて、天井エアコンユニットの樹脂製カバーを固定する金具類の防錆処置が不適切なため、当該金具類に錆が生じるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該金具類の接合力が錆の進行によって低下し、最悪の場合、強い横風等を受けるとカバーが持ち上がって固定部が破損し、天井エアコンユニットからカバーが脱落するおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

　大・中型観光バスにおいて、天井エアコンユニットの樹脂製カバーを固定する金具類の防錆処置が不適切なため、当該金具類に錆が生じるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該金具類の接合力が錆の進行によって低下し、最悪の場合、強い横風等を受けるとカバーが持ち上がって固定部が破損し、天井エアコンユニットからカバーが脱落するおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

　全車両、各天井エアコンユニットカバーの取付け金具にリベットによる固定を追加すると共に、サイドカバー側フレームのカバー固定部にＬ字フレームを追加する。
