What the notice says 大型ウイングボデー車において、シャシフレームと荷台を連結するマウントブラケットの取付位置の設計検討が不十分だったため、一部マウントブラケット取付けのためにあけた穴と既存穴が重複した状態でボルト・ナットを取り付けたものがある。そのため、マウントブラケットのシャシフレームへの締結力が維持されず、使用過程でナットが緩み、最悪の場合、走行中にボルト・ナットが落下し後続車等に危険を及ぼすおそれがある。

大型ウイングボデー車において、シャシフレームと荷台を連結するマウントブラケットの取付位置の設計検討が不十分だったため、一部マウントブラケット取付けのためにあけた穴と既存穴が重複した状態でボルト・ナットを取り付けたものがある。そのため、マウントブラケットのシャシフレームへの締結力が維持されず、使用過程でナットが緩み、最悪の場合、走行中にボルト・ナットが落下し後続車等に危険を及ぼすおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、当該部の穴あけ状況を点検し、穴が重複している場合にはシャシフレーム内側に座面プレートを追加し、適切なトルクで締め付ける。
