What the notice says ショベル・ローダの交換修理用部品の作動油タンクブリーザにおいて、カバーとケースを密着させる溝の寸法管理が不適切なため、ケース部のバヨネット（樹脂）とカバー部のバヨネット（アルミ）に隙間が生じているものがある。また、ｏリングの寸法検討が不十分なため、つぶし代が小さくなるものがある。そのため、ｏリングで隙間を十分に埋めることができなくなり、そのまま使用を続けると、作動油タンクの内圧により作動油が著しく漏れることがある。
