ＬＰＧを燃料とするフォーク・リフトにおいて、ベーパライザホースの組付指示が不適切なため、当該ホースの差し込み不足及びクランプ締結箇所が正規の位置と異なっているものがある。そのため、エンジン振動等の繰り返し荷重によりクランプ締結箇所付近のホースに亀裂が生じ、そのまま使用を続けると、ＬＰＧが漏れるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
