What the notice says ショベル・ローダ等において、設計検討が不十分なため、 ①経時劣化により燃料インジェクタの噴射ノズルが摩耗し、燃料噴射量が増加する ②可変ターボ内部にダスト等が付着することで空気供給効率が低下する ③ｍａｆセンサ※のセンシング部にエアクリーナで捕捉しきれなかったダストが付着し、実際よりも多い空気流量として誤認識する ことがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、これらの不具合が複合的に作用して空燃比が低下し、煤の発生が増加して、ｐｍ（粒子状物質）の排出量が保安基準を超過するおそれがある。 ※ｍａｆセンサ：エンジンが吸入する空気流量を計測する装置

ショベル・ローダ等において、設計検討が不十分なため、 ①経時劣化により燃料インジェクタの噴射ノズルが摩耗し、燃料噴射量が増加する ②可変ターボ内部にダスト等が付着することで空気供給効率が低下する ③ＭＡＦセンサ※のセンシング部にエアクリーナで捕捉しきれなかったダストが付着し、実際よりも多い空気流量として誤認識する ことがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、これらの不具合が複合的に作用して空燃比が低下し、煤の発生が増加して、ＰＭ（粒子状物質）の排出量が保安基準を超過するおそれがある。 ※ＭＡＦセンサ：エンジンが吸入する空気流量を計測する装置

What is to be done about it

全車両、以下の対策を行う。 ①燃料インジェクタを対策品に交換する。 ②コントローラのプログラムを対策プログラムに書き換える。 ③取扱説明書にＭＡＦセンサ自動補正の運転方法を追加する。 ④エアクリーナエレメントカバーにＭＡＦセンサ自動補正の実施を促す銘板を貼り付ける。
