騒音防止装置の遮音板の耐熱性が不十分なため、また、排気管のつなぎ部の締付け方法が 不適切なため、排気ガスが漏れて当該遮音板にすすが付着することにより、最悪の場合、 遮音板が焼損し、車両火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両点検し、当該遮音板を耐熱性のある改善品に、また、排気管のつなぎ部の締付け金 具を改善品にそれぞれ交換するともに、キャブの下面に遮熱板を追加する。また、排気管 のつなぎ部も良品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
