What the notice says 原動機の冷却水ポンプ等の補機類を駆動するベルトの張り具合を調整するアイドラプーリ ー（ベルトの張力調整用滑車）の強度が不足しているため、そのままの状態で使用を続け ると、当該プーリーが破損し、冷却水ポンプ等の駆動ベルトが滑り、最悪の場合、冷却水 ポンプが作動せずオーバーヒートに至るおそれがあるとともに、パワーステアリングの機 能が損なわれ、ハンドルが重くなるおそれがある。
