What the notice says 原動機の燃料噴射装置において、インジェクタの組立て工程が不適切なため、プランジャとバレルの隙間が大きいものがあり、オーリングが変形、損傷して機密性が損われ、燃料の軽油がエンジンオイルに混入するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、オイルパンの油量が増大し、ブローバイホースを経由して吸気管に軽油の混入したオイルが吸入され、原動機の回転が上昇するおそれがある。

原動機の燃料噴射装置において、インジェクタの組立て工程が不適切なため、プランジャとバレルの隙間が大きいものがあり、オーリングが変形、損傷して機密性が損われ、燃料の軽油がエンジンオイルに混入するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、オイルパンの油量が増大し、ブローバイホースを経由して吸気管に軽油の混入したオイルが吸入され、原動機の回転が上昇するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、インジェクタを良品と交換する。 なお、部品の供給に時間を要することから、当面の暫定措置として、全車両、オイル中への軽油混入を点検し、漏れているものは良品と交換し、漏れていないものは、定期的な点検方法を説明し、後日良品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
