What the ministry says is wrong
制動倍力装置のバキュームラインに装着されているチェックバルブの材質が不適切なため、密閉不良が起こりバキュームポンプから霧化したエンジンオイルが制動倍力装置に浸入し、内部ダイヤフラムが損傷することがある。そのため、当該倍力装置の気密性が保持できなくなり、最悪の場合、制動停止距離が長くなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、バキュームラインを対策品と交換する。また、制動倍力装置へのエンジンオイル浸入の有無を点検し、エンジンオイルの浸入があった場合は、バキュームポンプ、制動倍力装置及びブレーキマスターシリンダーを新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
