What the notice says 全車両、当該ボールジョイントスタッドボルトの取付けナットの締め付けを点検する。当該ナットが緩んでいた場合は、ロアアームとナックルアームの接合面を点検し、損傷しているものはロアアーム及びナックルアームを交換する。接合面が損傷していない場合は、ナットを新品に交換する。 また、当該部位の締め付け状態の確認については、１年毎の定期点検項目に追加し、項目が追加された点検整備記録簿を配布する。

What the ministry says is wrong

緩衝装置の前輪ロアアームとナックルアームを連結しているボールジョイントスタッドボルトの取付けナットが、使用過程において緩みが発生する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ナットが緩んでナットが脱落する、もしくは、操舵時にボールジョイントのスタッドボルトに応力がかかって破損し、最悪の場合、ロアアームがナックルアームから外れて操舵不能になるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、当該ボールジョイントスタッドボルトの取付けナットの締め付けを点検する。当該ナットが緩んでいた場合は、ロアアームとナックルアームの接合面を点検し、損傷しているものはロアアーム及びナックルアームを交換する。接合面が損傷していない場合は、ナットを新品に交換する。 また、当該部位の締め付け状態の確認については、１年毎の定期点検項目に追加し、項目が追加された点検整備記録簿を配布する。
