What the ministry says is wrong
リヤサスペンションにおいて、車体側面下部へ塗布する飛び石傷防止剤（ロッカープライマー）の塗布範囲管理が不適切なため、車体床下のトーションアクスル取付け面にロッカープライマーが付着し、トーションアクスル締結用ボルトの締付け力が不足しているものがある。そのため、悪路走行時に当該ボルトが緩み、最悪の場合、ボルトが外れ走行安定性が低下するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、車体床下のトーションアクスル取付け面を点検し、ロッカープライマーの付着が認められる場合は、ロッカープライマーを除去し、トーションアクスル締結用ボルトを規定トルクで締め付ける。 なお、トーションアクスル締結用ボルトを点検し、損傷が認められる場合は、当該ボルトを新品と交換の上、規定トルクで締め付ける。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
