かじ取り装置において、製造工程の管理が不適切なため、操舵力を伝える歯車を固定するナットの締付けが不十分なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ナットが緩み、操舵不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
