全車両、トーションダンパー及び取付ボルトの状態を確認し、損傷があるものは、良品に交換する。損傷が無い場合、取付ボルトの締付け状態を確認し適切に締付けられていないものは、規定の締付けトルクで締付ける。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
