What the notice says 車体屈折部に配索したワイヤハーネスにおいて、クランプの穴径が不適切なため、ワイヤハーネスとの隙間が適切に確保できておらず、車体屈折操作時のハーネスの可動性が損なわれる場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ワイヤハーネスがクランプと過度に干渉することで損傷し、前照灯の不点灯、駐車ブレーキが意図せず作動し解除不能となる、エンジンが始動できなくなる等の不具合が発生するおそれがある。

全車両、ゴム製保護マットを取外し、クランプおよび結束バンドを対策品に交換する。また、交換作業時にワイヤハーネスの状態を点検し、損傷がある場合はワイヤハーネスを新品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.
