What the ministry says is wrong

（１）全車両、ＬＥＤ照明器及びサインボード照明スイッチを取り外すと共に、車両制御コントロールユニット（ＶＭＣＵ）のプログラムを変更する。 （２）全車両、エンジン制御ユニットのプログラムを適正なものに書き換える。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
