エンジン冷却装置において、エンジンコントロールユニットのプログラムが不適切なため、異物等により補助クーラントポンプの作動が妨げられた際、当該ポンプ内のモーターに電源が供給され続けることがある。そのため、ポンプおよびポンプの配線が発熱して溶損し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
