始動装置において、使用方法に対する評価が不十分なため、エンジン、スタータの内部部品が故障により固着して、スタータモータが回転できない状態で始動操作を繰り返すとスタータの電気回路に過電流が流れ、始動電流リミッタが発熱することがある。そのため、始動電流リミッタの周辺部位が溶損、発煙し、最悪の場合、発火するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
