全車両、オルタネータの点検を行いダイオードが破損している場合は、オルタネータを対策品に交換する。ダイオードに破損がない場合は、エンジンコントロールユニットの制御プログラムを対策プログラムに書き換える。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
