What the notice says 統合ブレーキユニットにおいて、製造管理が不適切なため、サーボモーターの中空シャフトとベアリングブッシュ間が適切に溶接されていないものがあり、ブレーキ圧の上昇に耐えられず溶接部位が破損する場合がある。その場合、ブレーキ圧が生成されなくなり統合ブレーキシステムがフォールバックモードに切り替わり、ブレーキ警告灯の点灯およびチェックコントロールメッセージが表示され、ブレーキ操作時に通常より強い踏力が必要になり、次回にエンジンが始動できなくなるおそれや、また、アンチロックブレーキ システム（ａｂｓ）やダイナミックスタビリティコントロール（ｄｓｃ）が作動しないおそれがある。
