What the ministry says is wrong
車両後部に取付けられた上部はね上げドアの取付部構造が不適切なため、ドア上縁の樹脂製ヒンジが大気のオゾン、紫外線等により劣化し破断すると、ドア開放時にドアが外れ落下して、作業者に危害を加えるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
