What the notice says 後席左右のドアのチャイルドセーフティロックにおいて、当該機構の所在を示すマークの打刻位置が不適切なため、操作レバーのロック状態を示しているものと使用者が誤認することがある。そのため、ロック状態にしたつもりがロックされておらず、車内からドアが開けられて、最悪の場合、後席の乗員が車外に出て負傷するおそれがある。
