IN A MODERATE TO SEVERE FRONTAL COLLISION, THE TETHER STRAP ANCHORAGE MAY PULL OUT OF THE RESTRAINT SHELL. THIS WOULD ALLOW A RESTRAINED CHILD MORE FORWARD HEAD EXCURSION AND INCREASE THE POTENTIAL FOR A HEAD INJURY.
