On certain vehicles, the friction material could separate from the brake shoes because of an improper adhesive-curing process during manufacture. If such separation occurs during operation, braking ability with the rear wheel will be reduced or lost. This could result in the loss of control and an accident with injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the rear brake shoes.
