On certain trucks, the steering wheel retaining nut may not have received adequate tightening torque during vehicle assembly. Should the loose nut back off completely, the steering wheel could come off the steering shaft. This could result in a loss of steering control and a crash. Correction: Dealers will torque the nut to specs.
