On certain fire trucks, the seatbelt anchorages may not conform to the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 210 - Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages. During a crash, the seatbelt may separate from the cab and fail to properly restrain the occupant(s). This may result in personal injury or death to the seat occupant. Correction: Dealers will install a reinforcement bracket to distribute loads to the main structure of the cab.
