Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the bottom of the fuel tank could be deformed. This could cause the fuel gauge to display the wrong fuel level. This could cause a driver to believe there is fuel when the tank is empty. rn rnSafety Risk: rnThe vehicle could unexpectedly run out of fuel and stall, increasing the risk of a crash. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer for an inspection of the fuel tank. All affected fuel tanks will be replaced.
