Issue: rnOn certain cars, the wheel lug nuts were not properly tightened during assembly. This could cause the nuts to loosen or fall off, and could result in a wheel separating from the car. Note: For the Ioniq model, this recall only involves the Ioniq PHEV (Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle) version.rnrnSafety Risk: rnA wheel separation could increase the risk of a crash. A wheel that detaches from a vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people.rnrnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their car to a dealer to ensure the front and rear wheel nuts are properly tightened.
