Issue: rnOn certain side-by-side ATV's, the drive clutch may stay engaged after slowing down. If this happens, the vehicle could continue to move forward, even with the throttle released. This could cause unintended vehicle movement. rnrnSafety Risk: rnUnintended vehicle movement could increase the risk of injury and/or a crash. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnYou should stop driving your side-by-side ATV immediately. Polaris will notify owners by mail and advise you to not to drive your vehicle until the recall repairs have been completed. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2020168.
