Issue: rnOn certain side-by-side UTVs, the fuel pump flange could crack or the nozzle could separate. If this happens, there could be a fuel leak. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnPolaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to install a protective cover over the fuel pump flange. To reduce the safety risk, Polaris recommends that you should avoid riding your UTV until the recall repairs have been completed.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2020496.
