Issue: nOn certain booster seats, the headrest could crack and separate from the seat in a crash. nnSafety Risk: nA headrest that separates from the seat could increase the risk of injury in a crash. nnCorrective Actions: nDiono will mail a notice to all registered owners. A replacement backrest (including the headrest) will be made available to you.
