Issue: rnOn certain ATVs, the vehicle's top speed is not limited when driving in the four-wheel drive lock position. If you drive at high speed in the locked position, the front differential could fail. This can also cause an increase in steering effort. rn rnSafety Risk: rnAn increase in steering effort or a differential failure could cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnCF Moto will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your ATV to a dealer to add a wire to activate the speed limiter. To reduce the safety risk, CF Moto recommends that you should not drive your ATV in the four-wheel drive lock position until the recall repairs have been completed.
