Issue: rnOn certain side-by-side vehicles, the accelerator pedal may not return when it is released. This could cause the throttle to stick open. rnNote: This is an expansion of CFMOTO Recall BR20-04B (Transport Canada Recall No. 2020-442). rnrnSafety Risk: rnA throttle that sticks in the open position could cause a loss of control and create the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnCFMOTO will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the date code of the electronic throttle pedal assembly. It will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, CFMOTO recommends that you should not drive your UTV until this recall is completed.
