This recall was replaced by Transport Canada Recall No. 2022-554. rnrnIssue: rnOn certain side-by-side UTVs, the oil supply line to the turbocharger may not be properly sealed. As a result, oil could leak onto the turbocharger or the exhaust system. rnrnSafety Risk: rnEngine oil that leaks onto a hot surface could cause a fire. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnPolaris will notify owners by mail and advise you to bring your UTV to a dealer to inspect the oil supply line sealing surface on the turbocharger. The turbocharger assembly will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, Polaris recommends that you should not drive your UTV until this recall is completed.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2021370.
