Issue: rnOn one vehicle, under certain conditions, a software problem could cause a loss of power to the wheels. rnNote: This recall only affects certain RAM ProMaster battery electric vehicles. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnFCA Canada will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their vehicle to a dealership to update the motor control processor (MCPA) software.
