Issue: rnOn certain electric transit buses, a software problem could cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. A bus that is disabled could result in a transfer of passengers in an uncontrolled environment, which may create a risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnNova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to update the vehicle software.
