What the notice says 全車両、当該ブラケット及び高圧燃料パイプを点検し、対策品が未装着の場合は対策品と交換し、クランプを規定トルクで締付けるとともに整備時の注意事項を記載した注意銘板をエンジン側面へ貼り付ける。また、ボルトで締付けるクランプについては、対策品の未装着車両は対策品と交換し、ナットで締付けるクランプについては、植え込みボルトのネジ面に接着剤を塗布する。 なお、対策品の全数供給に時間を要するため、当面の暫定措置として、当該部を点検し、高圧燃料パイプの弛み、噴射ノズル用パイプブラケット、高圧燃料パイプに損傷があるものは対策品と交換する。

What the ministry says is wrong
燃料噴射装置の噴射ノズル用パイプを固定するクランプのブラケット強度が不足しているため、エンジン振動により当該ブラケットが折損するものがある。また、高圧燃料パイプの形状及び当該燃料パイプの締付クランプの構造が不適切なため、エンジン振動によりクランプボルトが折損又は弛み、当該クランプが脱落することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、噴射ノズル用パイプ又は高圧燃料パイプに亀裂が生じ、燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、エンジン停止、再始動不能に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
